GuestLogix Strengthens Relationship With KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in Multi-Year Renewal Agreement Including Technology Upgrades
GuestLogix Inc. , the leading global provider of ancillary-focused merchandising, payment and business intelligence technology to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced a multi-year renewal agreement for the continued fleet-wide use of the Company’s retailing technology across KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. This agreement with the Netherlands’ flag carrier also includes the deployment of handheld POS device upgrades which are now being leveraged to support the carrier’s onboard duty free retailing. With this signing, GuestLogix reaffirms its position as the leading retail technology provider to the global airline industry as well as protects its European footprint.

KLM, a leading European carrier, has been a customer of GuestLogix since 2009, leveraging the Company’s leading retail platform and handheld POS devices to accept credit card payments for the purchase of duty free items onboard.
