Hagi and Blue Sky Featuring Hokkaido Products Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok

Japan’s northern island is famous for its fresh, high-quality food ingredients.      Hagi Japanese Restaurant and Blue Sky Bar and Dining showcase them in a special dish for only 2 weeks starting from the 22nd of January until the 4th of February 2018.  

The exclusive choices of Japanese dishes at Hagi are such as Hokkaido beef striploin (150g) Teppanyaki with Hokkaido vegetables (THB 1,200++); Hokkaido beef (100g) shabu shabu (THB 1,200++); Hokkaido king crab grill or steam (THB 1,200++); sautéed salmon and vegetables with garlic miso sauce (THB 450++); salmon and vegetables in hot pot with miso flavoured soup   (THB 850++) and deep fried seafood and vegetables in avocado with Hokkaido Potato (THB 350++).

Blue Sky offers Holstein beef tartar with grain mustard, roasted barley and micro greens (THB 470++); Seabass with hazelnut crust, Hokkaido pumpkin, beurre blanc with pumpkin seed oil (THB 580++); Hokkaido scallops, braised endive with honey – balsamic reduction and lemon oil (THB 750++); Hokkaido “Holstein” beef sirloin (150g) with vine tomato confit and soft polenta         (THB 1,200++) and more.

Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7& government tax.
