Ham & Sherry interiorHead Chef Max Kellman says, “We chose to introduce the Ham & Sherry lunch special to give our customers a place to relax and wind down with a satisfying and fulfilling lunch. The Po Boy has been incredibly popular with customers requesting the indulgent sandwich even during dinner service.”

The lunch offering allows customers to start their meal off healthily with a range of salads to choose from: Mixed leaf with apple, walnut and fino vinaigrette, the Ham & Sherry famous Beetroot, red onion, raspberries and goats cheese and the Caesar salad, crispy ham and parmesan.

Po Boy with fried squid, avocado, house fermented chilli sauceChef Max has put together some unrivalled Bocadillos for main course including a spin on the traditional “BLT” with applewood smoked bacon, avocado, tomato and romaine lettuce with an additional HK$20 allowing customers to add a sunny side up egg to top off this impeccable sarnie.
