Hansar Bangkok Presents Fresh Alba White Truffle Seasonal Promotion From Tuesday 29th October at EVE

What a treat! Hansar Bangkok’s Executive Chef Charles Christiaens has created two exquisite menus featuring fresh Alba white truffles which he is flying in from Piedmont, Northern Italy next week. 

Two special menus featuring the Alba white truffle will be available for dinner at EVE Restaurant from Tuesday 29 October until sold out.

The intricate veining and marbling throughout the Alba truffle produces an aroma and flavor that is gastronomically unique and intoxicating.  The white truffle is the perfect complement to Chef Charles French Mediterranean cuisine at EVE.  He has created superb menus that are an inviting canvas for the addition of the white truffle’s bold earthy flavor.  Guests can request the white truffle shaved on the dishes of their choice with the white Truffle supplement menu, or the signature dishes recommended by Chef Charles in the five course white truffle tasting menu with optional wine parings, as follows:
