Harbour Grand Kowloon is pleased to announce the appointment of Giovanni Di Russo as the Director of Food & Beverage effective May 2015.
Giovanni Di Russo
A native Italian with over 30 years of experience in hospitality industry, Giovanni brings with him a wealth of expertise in several international hotels in multiple countries including Qatar, Switzerland, Russia, Italy and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Harbour Grand Kowloon, Giovanni held the position as Management Consultant and Director of Operation for the Qatar Museums Authority in Doha by Alain Ducasse. He has previously worked for such respected names as Marco Polo Hong Kong, Kowloon Shangri-La and the Kee Club in Hong Kong.
