Harbour Grand Kowloon is delighted to announce an elegant new a la carte menu recently created by Alberto Boccelli, the Chef de Cuisine of Harbour Grill.
Gaining reputation for offering exquisite western flair with astonishing views of Victoria Harbour, Chef Alberto now brings a breath of fresh air to this classic restaurant with his newly-designed menu. Long-standing favourites retained but imbued with Alberto’s creativity and passion such as Dungeness crab cake and Boston lobster bisque. Meanwhile, these popular dishes have been joined by new cuisine options including U.S. T-bone steak and Baked Alaska.
Bringing with him 25 years of expertise into practice, Chef Alberto said he recommends all dishes on the menu. “We pride ourselves on serving elegant fare featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients. It’s a place offering quality food and beverage options with choices catering to all taste buds.”
