Avocado Papaya Salad (THB 210++) combines firm, ripe avocado and juicy papaya on a bed of crisp salad leaves and coconut. Drizzled with fresh lemon dressing, it’s as delicious as it is nutritious.
Smoked Chicken Croissant (THB 280++) selects tender slices of home-smoked chicken breast, layered with imported emmental cheese, prime tomato and cucumber, folded attractively into chef’s fragrant Spanish almond croissant. Once bitten, forever smitten.
