helloworld have announced the 2015 Owner Managers Conference will be held in Wellington

Saturday 4 October 2014 LOS ANGELES: Australia’s Best Travel Agents are making their way through LA’s Departure Gates invigorated and inspired after a successful two days at the 2014 helloworld Owner Managers Conference (OMC).helloworld are excited to announce the 2015 OMC will be held in Wellington, New Zealand.

Over two days at the Owners Managers Conference helloworld members, key speakers, suppliers and sponsors shared insights, ideas and vision and harnessed roadmaps to identify and convert opportunities for maximum impact.

Attendees of the Owners and Managers conference were motivated by expert speakers including leading Motivator Dr John Izzo, Entrepreneurial chef Neil Perry and bestselling author Debbie Mayo- Smith. They benefitted from the knowledge of retail specialists, and gained insight into how one of Australia’s biggest brands is balancing transformation in action from Woolworths’ Julie Coates. One of the world’s top 60 motivational speakers1, Terry Hawkins led a powerhouse session on creating consumer champions and transformational service culture – ahead of a major training initiative to be rolled out across helloworld.

The sessions armed attendees with new knowledge and skills to amplify their brand, retail, motivational and technological advantage in the industry as Experts in Everywhere.

CEO Elizabeth Gaines detailed her strategy to cement helloworld as the partner of choice for consumers, suppliers and agents. She also unveiled a number of major initiatives which will empower helloworld members and their businesses.
