The finalists of the 2015 Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) have been announced and helloworld branded and independent agents dominate the prestigious list.
With over 52% of the individual agents and more than one in three of the agencies in the finalist list part of helloworld, the strong presence of the group is unquestionable.
Helloworld has again been nominated for Best Travel Agency Group after winning the category last year. helloworld for business is a finalist in the new Best Non Branded Travel Agency Group category. Insider Journeys is a finalist in Best Specialty Wholesaler. Qantas Holidays and Viva! Holidays are finalists in Best Wholesaler-Australian Product and Best Wholesaler-International Product. helloworld.com.au is a finalist in Best Online Travel Agency and Best Travel Agent Technology Innovation for the helloworld Mobile App. Air Tickets is a finalist for Best Agency Support Service and Best Travel Agent Technology Innovation for Round the World Ticketing. Many of the categories are heavily dominated by helloworld agents and agencies, with the network taking a clean sweep in the Emirates Travel Consultant Scholarship Award.
