Helloworld Travel launches new developments in Business Insight Technology leading the way in reporting technology offerings.

Helloworld Travel have recently embarked on a 9-month project to enhance the already impressive array of Business Insight measuring tools they offer to agents across their Branded, Associate and Helloworld Business Travel networks.

Unique to Helloworld Travel, and developed in conjunction with Resurg Group, leaders in the field of Franchise Business Insights, this bespoke technology is designed to help agents increase revenue, yield and profit across various areas of the business by showing agents exactly how their business is performing.

Using the HLO Business Insights Dashboard, agents can track their level of preferred sales, their current yield, individual consultant performance and other key metrics. It can also provide a target list of key focus areas ranked by current performance, showing each owner exactly where to focus efforts to increase performance. The business insights tool allows benchmarking across the network and delivers powerful insights that lead directly to increase in profitability.

Available to all Helloworld Travel agents across branded, associate and corporate networks at no cost, it is not surprising that 90% of the leisure networks are using it with agent feedback being overwhelmingly positive.

Incentive dashboards will outline an estimate on how the business is tracking relating to incentives, it will show the preferred percentage rate across the business, where the business mix sits and the outcome of moving business to preferred partners, giving far greatly visibility on booking patterns.

Forward Sales Functionality, a long sought-after solution to understanding the cash flow of the business, this new development can tell agencies exactly when their expected income is coming in, giving invaluable cash flow knowledge and understanding of what is expected each month.

And Airline Incentives tailored specifically for the HWBT network to show them where they are tracking with our key airline partners both year-on-year and also benchmarked against the network. This is able to critically track flown revenue to indicate in real time how close to hitting another incentive level a business may be. Invaluable insight with real return advantages to the agency.
