helloworld’s logo will again travel across some of Australia’s most remote locations on the side of Car 16 participating in The Outback Car Trek, to help raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).

helloworld is once more sponsoring helloworld for business Member and Director of The JourneyMasters, Digby Warren in the cross-country trek covering a staggering 3,500kms in seven days.

The 27th annual trek will head off from Narrabri in Northern NSW. Participants will then make their way inland up Central West Queensland through to the Gulf of Carpentaria and Cape York Peninsula, before winding back down to the pristine coastline of Port Douglas.

Over the past 26 years, The Outback Car Trek has raised more than $24 million for the RFDS. This year the fundraising will help fund two important initiatives of the RFDS; a rural mental health support program and a mobile oral health care vehicle that enables remote communities to access dental care.

Head of helloworld’s Associate and Corporate Networks. David Padman, said helloworld was delighted to be offering support to Australia’s remote regions and the great charity work of one of its helloworld for business members.

“It’s great that helloworld can support Digby Warren and his fundraising efforts for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The extraordinary work done by the RFDS across Australia’s outback ensures the health and well-being of remote communities and regions. Helloworld is proud to support fantastic organisations like the RFDS.”
