Hilton today announced a partnership with Fairfax Events to be the exclusive accommodation partner for Good Food Month in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. The partnership will see Hilton properties host talent as well as key events. In addition, each hotel will be involved in the extremely popular Night Noodle Markets and host their own food stand offering a unique Asian twist on some of its restaurants signature dishes.

“Food and beverage is an extremely important aspect of the Hilton experience for in-house and external guests alike. We pride ourselves on the quality and uniqueness of our offerings across all of our properties. No two restaurants are the same; from a gateway city to a provincial location, our restaurants not only define our hotels, but gives us a point of difference.” said Paul Hutton, vice-president operations Australasia, Hilton.

“The partnership with Good Food Month events will give us the opportunity to take our food to a wider and engaged audience. Close to 2 million people attend Fairfax Good Food Month annually and we want to show them that hotel restaurants offer an exciting and quality dining experience with creative and inspired menus and talented teams. The partnership is also an opportunity for our team to do something a little different. Whether it’s creating dishes for the Night Noodle Markets, or working alongside some of the country’s biggest name chefs, it’s going to be really exciting and inspiring for them.”

The partnership will kick-off in Perth this March with Parmelia Hilton hosting its own stand at the Night Noodle Markets at Elizabeth Quay from 22 March – 2 April. Dishes have been inspired by the offering at Parmelia Hilton’s popular Adelphi Grill and will include a spicy fiery fillet slider with chilli coriander mayo ($14), and a sticky whiskey pulled pork served with Chinese style French fries known as shu tiao ($14). This year WA Today Good Food Month presented by Citi showcases a number of bespoke feature events which will take place across the month of April, and Parmelia Hilton’s Adelphi Grill will be hosting an intimate Taste of Adelphi Vasse Felix Wine Dinner on 6 April where guests will enjoy an intimate three-course dinner with matching wines which will be presented by Vasse Felix’s Estate Sommelier, Evan Gill. Price is $88 per person. For more information or to make a reservation, please email
