Hilton today announced a partnership with Fairfax Events to be the exclusive accommodation partner for Good Food Month in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. The partnership will see Hilton properties host talent as well as key events. In addition, each hotel will be involved in the extremely popular Night Noodle Markets and host their own food stand offering a unique Asian twist on some of its restaurants signature dishes.

The partnership will kick-off in Perth this March with Parmelia Hilton hosting its own stand at the Night Noodle Markets at Elizabeth Quay from 22 March – 2 April. Dishes have been inspired by the offering at Parmelia Hilton’s popular Adelphi Grill and will include a spicy fiery fillet slider with chilli coriander mayo ($14), and a sticky whiskey pulled pork served with Chinese style French fries known as shu tiao ($14). This year WA Today Good Food Month presented by Citi showcases a number of bespoke feature events which will take place across the month of April, and Parmelia Hilton’s Adelphi Grill will be hosting an intimate Taste of Adelphi Vasse Felix Wine Dinner on 6 April where guests will enjoy an intimate three-course dinner with matching wines which will be presented by Vasse Felix’s Estate Sommelier, Evan Gill.
