The Black Angus flat iron steak served tagliata style has already become one of the most popular dishes while the rooster pastitsada with fresh kaymak foam is a pleasant surprise for taste buds. Sushi fans will not only enjoy sashimi and nigiri but will also have the chance to experience maki such as the Dragon Roll with panko shrimp California Roll with Hamachi fish and yuzu lemon sauce, and Eel Maki with eel and fish roe.
As for the desert menu, the coconut mille-feuille with salted caramel sauce, the Valrhona cylinder with kumquat sauce and the mastic mousse stuffed traditional loukoumades with Greek coffee sauce will offer the perfect closure to your fantastic dining experience.
The stunning Galaxy Bar terrace opens its doors daily at 18:00 offering breathtaking sunsets with Acropolis views. Try one of the new cocktail infusions such as the “Honeymoon” with ginger and rhubarb or the “Carpe Noctem” with seven year aged rum infused with citrus.
