Hilton Bali Resort Offers #EatDrinkHilton Experience

Hilton hotels in Indonesia are launching a yearlong “#EatDrinkHilton” F&B promotion beginning October 2017 through September 2018. Each month, chefs from across the restaurants in the Hilton hotels in Jakarta, Bali and Bandung will create locally inspired culinary innovations featuring a select seasonal produce.

This November, Hilton Hotels in Indonesia proudly serves Soursop as the signature produce of the month. Inspired by the seaside location, Hilton Bali Resort’s Executive Chef, Clinton Webber, creates “Soursop Meets The Sea” and “Soursop Gelato” that bring unique tropical taste. Available at The Breeze and Delicatessen, “Soursop Meets The Sea” features the rich flavors from the sea and the land. The Breeze’s soursop creation uniquely combines seared tuna with soursop pickles, grape salad, cranberry and turmeric essence. While Delicatessen presents fresh soursop salad with coleslaw, cucumber, pickles, aged mustard salad and grilled barramundi. The sour taste of soursop really goes well with the versatile and buttery flavor of barramundi. “Soursop Meets The Sea” at The Breeze priced at IDR 190.000 net and “Soursop Barramundi Salad” at Delicatessen priced at IDR 90.000 net. Both menu are available everyday from 10.00AM to 10.00PM.

Not to be missed the refreshing “Soursop Gelato” for an all day perfect treat while enjoying the sun and sea breeze. For an unsual twist, guest can also enjoy a bowl of Soursop gelato with additional toppings of sliced fresh fruit and wasabi. Soursop Gelato is priced from IDR 50.000 per scoop and available at The Breeze and Delicatessen.

In the hand of the resort’s talented bartenders, Soursop also turns into refreshing Mocktail and Cocktails. Made from fresh soursop, soursop juice, vodka and dashed with liqueurs, the Soursop Martini will refresh your day like no others. For those who prefer non-alcoholic beverage, there is also a Soursop Mocktail with mint syrup and soda water. These special soursop drinks are available in all outlets with price at IDR 140.000 net for cocktail and IDR 70.000 net for mocktail.
