Hilton Capital Grand Abu Dhabitoday announced the appointment of Vassilis Sigoulakis as the executive chef of the 281-room hotel.
Prior to joining Hilton Capital Grand Abu Dhabi, Chef Vassilis acted as executive chef at Hilton Corniche Alexandria, Egypt overseeing seven outlets and opening two restaurants of international and Greek cuisines. Previous culinary roles include positions at Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel in Athens, Le Meridien Athens Plaza Hotel, Titania Hotel and the most well-known Luxury Conference and Restaurant Complex in Athens – Aegli Zappiou.

With more than 23 years of culinary experience, Chef Vassilis will oversee all culinary aspects of the hotel including Noche Chill-Out Lounge, Oceana Restaurant, Rouge Restaurant, Blue Bar, Tea Lounge, banquets and catering.
