Hilton Hotels Across Indonesia Continue to Offer #EatDrinkHilton

Hilton hotels in Indonesia continue the yearlong “#EatDrinkHilton” F&B promotion which was launched in October 2017, through September 2018. Each month, chefs from across the restaurants in the Hilton hotels in Jakarta, Bali and Bandung will create locally inspired culinary innovations featuring a select seasonal produce.

“#EatDrinkHilton, Hilton’s first nationwide dining promotion in Indonesia, underpins our commitment to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests by serving some of the most amazing cuisine in the country using locally-sourced produce. From Sabang to Merauke, each region has its own special style of cooking, reflecting the rich and colorful Indonesian culture. Over the next 9 months, we continue to welcome guests from all over Indonesia and the world to appreciate the country’s culinary heritage through our chefs’ creations that are inspired by traditional cooking and flavors,” said Nils-Arne Schroeder, regional general manager, Indonesia, Hilton.

Chefs from all five hotels operating under Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Garden Inn brand will develop a variety of signature creations using the chosen produce of the month.

This February, free range poultry and farm produce are chosen as the signature ingredient of the month. This includes free range chicken, duck, bird as well as eggs which are laid by cage-free hens. To promote this signature ingredient, Hilton hotels in Indonesia are proud to collaborate with local farms in the respective city to provide sustainably and responsibly farmed poultry which are not only having better taste, but also great protein source and producing more nutritional eggs.

Guests staying at Double Tree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro can enjoy BBQ Duck Spring Rolls, Whisky Sour and Shirley Temple at IINDIGO Lounge; Pigeon Coq Au Vin, Sweet Rainbow and Vanilla Sunrise at Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar as well as Coriander Roasted Chicken and Urapan Duck Salad. At Hilton Bandung’s Purnawarman Restaurant, guests are offered with Kampoeng Bandung set menu that includes crispy fried chicken with Bandung’s spices as the main dish. While in Bali, Hilton Bali Resort serves Roast Duck Salad at Delicatessen and Bali Honey Basted Duck Salad at The Shore. Conrad Bali presents Fetuccine Carbonara at Eight Degrees Restaurant and Eggnog at Azure Bar and East Lobby Lounge. Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport features Chicken Ballotine with Bok Choy.
