For The Second Year in a Row, Hilton Hotels & Resorts Receives Roy Morgan Research New Zealand’s Customer Satisfaction Award

Hilton Hotels & Resorts today announced that it has been named Hotel Of The Year in New Zealand by Roy Morgan Research and ranked number one in customer satisfaction for travel and tourism companies.

Throughout 2013, Roy Morgan Research surveyed more than 12,000 consumers across New Zealand. Based on their responses, 37819each month Roy Morgan Research awarded the hotel, domestic airline and international airline with the highest proportion of satisfied customers.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts led the pack in 2013. With the travel and tourism industry in New Zealand becoming more competitive each year, Hilton Hotels & Resorts has distinguished itself with outstanding customer service.
