Hilton Singapore Celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival With New Homemade Snowskin Mooncake Flavors And Popular Traditional Baked Selections

It’s the time of the year again to gather with friends and family to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. From 8 August to 15 September 2016, Hilton Singapore is unveiling new flavours for its homemade mini snowskin mooncakes and bringing back the popular traditional baked selections to kick start the festivity in style.


Look forward to innovative creations infused with Signature American Cheesecake, Popping Candy, Japanese Muscat White Grape and Baileys.

Homemade Mini Snowskin Mooncakes
Hilton Singapore introduces four new snowskin mooncake flavors, each is carefully handcrafted using premium quality flour for the melt-in-your-mouth texture. Pricing begins at S$55++ per box of six pieces.

Signature American Cheesecake
Taking inspiration from the hotel’s legendary American cheesecake, the Signature American Cheesecake mooncake is a gem waiting to be discovered. Sink your teeth into the smooth pastel, yellow-coloured snowskin perfectly complemented with the velvety signature American cheesecake, made up of 100 percent Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Popping Candy
Indulge in this whimsical creation set to jog childhood memories. Perfect for all ages, kids will go wild at this bright pink creation as their taste buds go popping. Beneath the pinkish façade, the white lotus paste within is sprinkled with popping candies and balanced with a 72 percent Valrhona dark chocolate taking the centre core.

Muscat White Grape
Fall in love with this novel pastel green creation as the white grape flavor lingers on the palate in every bite. With a dainty light green shade, the white lotus paste is well-mixed with white grape extract for a fruity flavour and perfected with a delicate vanilla note from the luxurious Valrhona Ivoire white chocolate


For those who desire a tinge of alcoholic flavour, go for this classic brown Baileys snowskin mooncake as the sweet white lotus paste is well-balanced with creamy 40 percent Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate centre core, mixed with Baileys for a lingering aftertaste.

Traditional Baked Mooncakes
For the traditional mooncake devotees, pick from a selection of six baked-to-perfection mooncakes that are best enjoyed with a cup of Chinese tea. Besides the classic plain white lotus, white lotus with yolks and the traditional mixed nuts mooncakes, look out for the fusion creations of green tea walnut; a less sweet option packed with green tea flavor and crunchy walnuts, or the cranberry white lotus mooncake. Pricing begins at $60++ per box of four pieces.
