Hilton Sydney concierge, Lance Birkett won the annual Tony Facciolo Award also known as the “Concierge Rising Star Award” of the prestigious Les Clef d’Or society. Three of Mr Birkett’s colleagues at the hotel already wear the globally renowned gold keys badge pinned to their lapels.
The award is named after Tony Facciolo, who was one of the founding members of Les Clefs d’Or Australian chapter, and it is voted on by the 26 Members of Les Clefs d’Or NSW and ACT. Lance came out on top of seven competitors and took out the title.
Ronald van Weezel, General Manager Hilton Sydney said:
“Lance has proven to be an outstanding ambassador for the hotel representing impeccable service skills and a level of professionalism befitting his position as concierge here at Hilton Sydney.
