Hilton’s Loyalty Program – Hilton HHonors – Again Achieves Top Ranking from J.D. Power for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction

Hilton HHonors, the 50+ million member loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide’s 13 distinct hotel brands, was recognized by J.D. Power for the second year in a row, one of two hotel loyalty programs tied for highest in the Hotel Loyalty/Rewards Program Satisfaction Report.

The 2016 Hotel Loyalty/Rewards Program Satisfaction Report by J.D. Power is based on survey responses from more than 3,000 consumers in the United States who have joined a hotel loyalty program. Hilton HHonors received high grades across all categories, including account maintenance and management, as well as in areas of reward program terms and variety of benefits.

Hilton HHonors provides rewards to all of its members, including an exclusive discount and digital features that simplify and streamline the travel experience for those who engage and book direct on Hilton.com, as well as access to one-of-a-kind experiences. The growing list of benefits and experiences include:

  • Exclusive discount: Hilton HHonors members can take advantage of an exclusive discount that can’t be found anywhere else, as long as they book directly through Hilton, at more than 4,500 hotels around the world.
  • Instant benefits: Hilton HHonors is free to join and offers immediate benefits to all members, such as free standard Wi-Fi, popular digital tools like digital check-in with room selection and Digital Key, and the ability to earn and redeem Points for free nights. In fact, the Hilton HHonors app has a rating of 4.7 stars and is the highest rated hospitality app on the Apple App Store.
  • Unforgettable, exclusive experiences: Booking direct opens the door to exclusive events, like Live Nation concerts or private dining experiences.
