Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa is pleased to announce the promotion of I Nyoman Sapta and addition of I Made Muliana and Sandy Subekti to their resort management team.
Ida Bagus Nyoman Sapta
After 2 years as Executive Assistant Manager, Ida Bagus Nyoman Sapta has been promoted to the position of Resort Manager, heavy responsible for leading all Operation Departments in achieving resorts goals. He said, “I am thrilled to be trusted with this role, to guide and energize our team members, inspect what I expect, encourage innovation and challenge status quo.”
I Made Muliana
Bringing with him 14 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, the resort welcomes I Made Muliana, as the new Food and Beverage Manager. With an aim to set a benchmark for Food & Beverage amongst Holiday Inn Resorts in the region, I Made Muliana says, “I want to improve the food & beverage performance of this resort in terms of its quality, financials and people, so we can reach our goal together.”
Sandy Subekti who comes onboard as Executive Chef will work closely with the resorts Food and Beverage Manager to deliver an unsurpassed food experience at the resort. He started his career in 2007 as Demi Chef at Costa Allegra Cruise Line Ship Italy, and continued his culinary adventure to Dubai, Italy, Batam, West Papua and Bali. He hopes he can provide optimal culinary quality and service for our guests by adopting a wide range of culinary culture, and introduce variety ingredients to achieve highest culinary standards.
