Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa is delighted to welcome industry veteran, Mr. Franck Rodriguez as its new General Manager.
With more than 18 years in hospitality, Mr Rodriguez started his illustrious career in London and further diversified into South East Asia and China. With vast international experience under his belt and a passion for maximizing guest comforts and experiences, Mr Rodriguez brings with him a solid background and detailed understanding of resort and hotel operations. He has a rich and proven background of successfully managing operational business units and has recently held his position as Director of Operations Group For The Unique Collection Hotels & Resorts managing 27 hotels and resorts across Thailand and Burma.
“My goal is really to bring, the already established Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa, to the next level, positioning it as a top market player in its category,” says Mr Rodriguez. “I want to set new a benchmark for the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa, from the service, the attention to detail, the overall product and the strong family-eco-friendly concept.”
