HomeAway.com.au adds 6,000 more NZ properties to portfolio

February 4, 2014 OTA News No Comments Email Email

As of 3rd February, Australians looking to experience a quintessential New Zealand holiday have over 6,000 rental properties to choose across both the North and South Islands through holiday rental site HomeAway.com.au.
Following the majority acquisition of Kiwi accommodation website Bookabach by HomeAway Inc in December, Bookabach properties are now available via HomeAway.com.au, the one-stop site for Australians’ holiday rental needs both at home and abroad.

According to HomeAway.com.au spokesperson Sally Godfrey, the real advantage of choosing a holiday home over a hotel is not only the added value, but also the additional space renting a whole house provides.

“New Zealand is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world and we’re excited to give our customers even more holiday rental choice while visiting the Islands”

The availability of Bookabach properties on HomeAway.com.au will also further strengthen the tourism relationship between Australia and New Zealand, as each country is the leading provider of foreign visitors to the other.

The new property additions on HomeAway.com.au are located in popular New Zealand destinations such as the Bay of Islands, Coromandel Peninsula, Waiheke Island, Rotorua and Queenstown-Lakes.

To browse the new selection of New Zealand holiday rentals, as well as 570,000 global listings, visit www.homeaway.com.au
