HomeAway, the world leader in vacation rentals with over 1.2 million listings in 190 countries, has appointed four key senior leaders for Asia. In Singapore, Rob Green has joined as Head of Sales, Judith Davidson as Head of Marketing, and Dennis van Noord as Head of Business Development & Partnerships (Emerging Markets), while Natsuko Kimura will lead the Japanese market as Country Head.

Prashant Kirtane, HomeAway Vice President, Asia, said, “Asia is critical to HomeAway’s future growth and is a priority for the organization globally. With the appointment of Rob, Judith, Dennis and Natsuko, we aim to build a strong business and growth strategy across the region. They are dynamic leaders, bringing a wealth of experience with regional expertise from diverse markets such as Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. I’m confident that their passion for the business and region will play an important role in HomeAway’s future here.”

Based in Singapore, and previously overseeing the Commercial & Operations teams for leading travel companies, Rob will direct all sales activities across HomeAway’s portfolio in Asia. As part of his new role, Rob will be responsible for increasing occupancy levels across HomeAway properties, while growing the geographical breadth of supply.

Judith, also based in Singapore, joins HomeAway from BBC Worldwide Asia where she was Vice President of Marketing. She will be responsible for driving and developing HomeAway’s marketing strategy as well as delivering innovative and compelling value propositions to travelers and owners across the region.

Dennis, who is joining the rest of the team in Singapore, has nearly 13 years of affiliate marketing experience in online travel, including his most recent role as Regional Director Strategic Partnerships for APAC at Booking.com. As an entrepreneurial and passionate business developer, at HomeAway he will be in charge of identifying opportunities to develop new business through partnerships.

Natsuko, a Japanese national and based in Japan, has many years of experience in marketing and e-Commerce, including her most recent role at Expedia where she built the Expedia brand from scratch to be the number one overseas travel company in Japan. She has also led the launch of brand in Korea and Hong Kong as a regional director. In her new role as Country Head for HomeAway in Japan, she will be in charge of driving growth for the business in Japan from both a demand and supply perspective, by helping regional teams to ensure the best customer experience for Japanese and international travelers.

HomeAway, which joined the Expedia family of brands in 2015, has its regional headquarters in Singapore and moved into a brand new office at the end of May, to accommodate its rapidly expanding team in the region.
