The 24 winning holiday rentals from across the country were selected from eight categories: Family Friendly, Unique, Design, Nature, Indulgence, Urban, Pet Friendly and Hospitality.

Judge Wendy Moore said of the winning properties, “It was a treat to review these homes. From absolutely luxurious interiors, stunning locations and amenities that make you feel instantly spoiled, to the family friendly homes that will make your kids squeal with excitement. Not only did I see some styling that could be featured in Home Beautiful, I have a few ideas of where I’ll be booking my next holiday.”

Judge Charlie Albone said the use of the surrounding outdoor spaces were spectacular.

“The way these winners utilise their backyards is so innovative and inviting to all different types of travellers. In one house, you can sleep amongst the treetops, and in another you can see the sunset over rolling hills and the water. Even the Urban category winner turned their small outdoor space into an inviting green area.”
