Mr. Li Dianchun, Commercial Director of Hong Kong Airlines said, “Miyazaki is Hong Kong Airlines’ first new destination in 2015. We are delighted to be the first local airline operating direct service to this beautiful place, offering our passengers more travel options flying to Japan. Placing a high value on Japan Market, subsequent to the introduction of Miyazaki service, a strong connection would be formed among Hong Kong, Miyazaki and Kagoshima. Passengers can choose to arrive to Miyazaki and depart from Kagoshima, or vice versa. We believe greater synergy will be achieved to effectively improve passenger flow, at the same time offering passengers with diverse options for both business and leisure travel.” “With the launch of Miyazaki service and the additional flight of Kagoshima route, and complimented by the airlines’ existing daily flight to Okinawa and five-time weekly service to Sapporo, Hong Kong Airlines will operate a total of 24 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Japan by May, further strengthening its route network.”
