The ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong will take place from 24 to 26 August 2018 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
This year’s festival will host three top international e-sports tournaments, these include: the acclaimed “Return of the Legends 2018”; and two new tournaments, the “ZOTAC CUP MASTERS CS:GO 2018 Grand Finals” and the “Hong Kong PUBG World Invitational”.

Hosted by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the tournaments will feature over 110 of the best e-sport players in the world and the highest prize pool in Hong Kong’s e-sports history.

Highlights include:

  • Former winners of world championships and other legendary players will form two teams, Team East and Team West, to compete for glory in “Return of the Legends 2018”
  • A prize pool of more than HK$2 million (approx. AU$401,800) in the “ZOTAC CUP MASTERS CS:GO 2018 Grand Finals”, setting a new record for Hong Kong’s e-sports tournaments
  • 14 international and two local teams will compete in the “Hong Kong PUBG World Invitational”. The players will be competing for more than HK$1 million (approx. AU$200,000) in prize money, the largest amount ever in Hong Kong PUBG tournaments
  • Over 110 local and international players will participate in the three e-sports tournaments, including renowned local player Tabe, who was on the first runner-up team in the “League of Legends World Championship”
Experience Zone:
In addition to adrenaline-pumping e-sports tournaments, there will also be an Experience Zone, showcasing the latest e-sports-related products and featuring game displays, VR experience, mobile game trials, KOL stages, and music performances. Visitors can enjoy fascinating activities and experience game products first-hand.

Ticketing: 
Tickets are available from hkticketing.com from 16 July 2018 and range from HK$50 (approx AU$8.50) to HK$250 (approx AU$43). Admission to the Experience Zone is HK$10 (approx AU$2). Tickets will be available at the HKCEC box office during the festival.

The HKTB has also partnered with the Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry (CHKCI) to provide a discounted ticket offer to attend the tournaments and the Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival. Ticket holders to the Hong Kong Computer & Communication Festival 2018 will be entitled to free admission to the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong — Experience Zone on the same day.

Ticket holders of the ICBC (Asia) e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong e-sports tournaments will be entitled to free admission to both the Experience Zone and the Hong Kong Computer & Communication Festival 2018 in Hall 1 of the HKCEC on the same day.

Live broadcasts:
Multiple online platforms will live stream the three e-sports tournaments in three languages (Cantonese, Mandarin and English). Further details to follow prior to event.
