image012Hong Kongers are invited to soak up the sunshine with a homemade meal this Easter long weekend.Pirata’s Easter brunch menu will be served over the four-day holiday, 25-28 March 2016. Easter is a time to spend with loved ones and families and friends can spend the holidays feasting on authentic Italian paired with free flow drinks and a selection of desserts.

Brunch (HKD298) begins with a lavish antipasti buffet of colourful salads, a selection of cold cuts, roast beef and lots of Italian cheese. Guests can then tuck into classic Piatti Piccoli dishes, such as M.M.M (My Mamma’s Meatball’s) a house favourite of pork and beef topped with tomato sauce, basil and olive oil, light and fluffy Asparagus Flan and comfortingly cheesy Fried Mozzarella Sandwich.

The highlight of Pirata’s Easter brunch menu is Chef Stefano Rossi’s fresh from the oven Roasted Suckling Pig. Not to be missed, this melt-in-the-mouth pork and delightfully crispy crackling is served as a starter with a sharp and sweet apple sauce.

The feast doesn’t end there, a choice of mains follow including Chef Stefano’s secret Papardelle with Duck Ragu recipe served in a red wine sauce, Tagliatelle with Summer Black Truffle and Eggplant Parmigiana.

No brunch is complete without free flow drinks. For HKD180 guests can choose from Strawberry Peach Bellini’s, Lychee Martinis, wine, prosecco or Asahi to unwind into the afternoon. For more choice, the a la carte drinks menu includes cocktails such as Bloody Mary (HKD75), Negroni (HKD85) or Aperol Spritz (HKD75), and mocktails including Guava Fruit Cup (HKD55), Baby Cosmo (HKD55) and Appleberry Smash (HKD55).

Little diners can enjoy a kids menu of antipasti buffet followed by a choice of M.M.M (My Mamma’s Meatball’s), Fried Mozzarella Sandwich or Tagliatelle with Beef Ragu topped with fresh tomatoes.

Chef Stefano Rossi will spoil those with a sweet-tooth with his own selection of desserts, while children will have a choice of pistachio or vanilla ice-cream to tuck into after brunch.

Pirata’s Easter Weekend Brunch Menu will be served between 12pm-2.30pm.
