Bangkok, Thailand; 4 July 2012- Having exceeded all targets & expectations since opening in September 2011, BHMAsia has further expanded its sales and operations team based in Bangkok, Thailand. Due to the success of the large sales team, bookings and occupancy rates have increased pleasantly in the last 9 months.

Furthermore, the unique approach taken by the team at BHMAsia means that a larger percentage of these bookings are direct from the resorts own website and media activities as opposed to via an OTA and thus commission costs are reducing at the same time. This dramatic increase in guest satisfaction levels has also come from comprehensive staff training programs run by the new training department at BHMAsia.

All staff from all six hotel and resort properties is subject to rigorous training and refresher courses all year round to ensure these customer service levels are maintained.  BHMAsia has one of the most experienced teams of local and international operations experts, with between them many decades experience in the hospitality industry. As such, service levels and efficiency in handling guests on a day-to-day basis have increased hugely, so much so that 3 of the 6 properties have just this last month been awarded with the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

This recognition is only awarded to resorts that have gained regularly high review levels from guests in regards to consistently achieving high levels of service and guest satisfaction. With higher levels of guest approvals, come higher number of bookings and of course better justification of room rates. Alongside the three Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence awards gained recently, BHMAsia managed properties have also been successful in winning other awards on behalf of their owners. This is an area all too often missed by management companies but not by the specialist PR department at BHMAsia who look to gain each resort as much publicity and recognition as they can.

In the last 9 months they have gained I Style Magazine Luxurious Design Hotel 2011, Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, WTA Best Boutique Hotel Thailand Nominees 2011 & 2012, Finalist again for several categories for TPA 2012.

With the expansion of operational capacity at their Bangkok Office, BHMAsia is now actively looking to add to their portfolio of Hotels and Resorts and as such would like to invite inquiries from any owners in the SE Asia region who could very much benefit from some of the above mentioned aspects.

Accordingly to Mr. Anthony McDonald, BHMAsia CEO, “There is a big need for high quality, international standard hotel management in the market. Most large chains focus on large luxury properties, but we have found a nice niche in the 20-150 room market, below that where the major chains tend to operate”.

BHMAsia was created to assist boutique properties achieve the advantages that are enjoyed by international chains, but without the need to have large room numbers and huge investments in facilities. “The main attraction owners saw in BHMAsia was that we have our own brands X2 Resorts and Away Resorts, which can make marketing and sales highly effective for even a small property. With years of experience and a dedicated team of professionals in every corner of the field, BHMAsia offers the complete scope of services to match the owners/investors’ exact requirements”, Mr. McDonald added.
