Hostelling International (HI), has recently teamed up with ReviewPro, experts in Guest Intelligence, to help hostels around the world better manage their online reputation and boost rankings on TripAdvisor, OTAs and other review sites. Both companies share the same objective of creating memorable experiences for guests, with HI striving to provide a truly unique hostel stay.
As a result of the recent partnership, HI members who choose to sign up to ReviewPro will be able to access powerful analytics to prioritize operational and service improvements at their properties to further improve guest satisfaction. Users will not only get access to these insights, but also the Global Review Index™ (GRI), an industry standard online reputation score used worldwide as a benchmark for reputation management efforts. The details of the agreement and the benefits for members were presented recently to attendees at HI’s 51st International conference in London.
The Guest Intelligence provider is already working with several HI members to help create a customer-centric organization and enhance the guest experience. YHA New Zealand, for example, decided to partner with ReviewPro in September 2015 to gain a better understanding of what their customers were saying about their brand, as well as about their competitors, to be able to implement changes and create a competitive advantage.
