The Roof Gastro’s ”Hot Stone Lover” promotion gives Bangkok foodies a new better way to enjoy their meat and seafood.

What makes these dishes unique is the “Hot Stone Grill” cooking they all undergo. Food is freshly cooked on volcanic stones, which can retain the heat for a period of 20 minutes. With the inner temperature exceeding 400 degrees Celsius, guests can cook the food by themselves and then eat it as they please.
