The temperature in Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant is rising as the brigade of our culinary chef unveils the sizzling hot plate promotion. Prepared with burning passion ‘this too hot to handle’ dish is available in six varieties.

In the menu are Sizzling Assorted Seafood with Homemade Chilli Sauce, Sizzling Garouper Fillet accompanied with Leek, Capsicum and Sze Chuan Pepper Corn, Sizzling Bean Curd with Minced Meat and Picked Vegetable, Sizzling Braised Chicken paired with Bitter Gourd in Spicy Bean Sauce, Sizzling Stuffed Eggplant with Black Bean Sauce and Sizzling Assam Prawn.

Food served on sizzling plate is extra tasty as the heat brings out the flavours of the ingredients. Having this said, the Sizzling Bean Curd with Minced Meat cooked with Pickled Vegetable is highly recommended. Also worthy to try is the Sizzling Assorted Seafood as it comes with different goodies from the sea and cooked with homemade chilli sauce.

After a hot and exciting meal, have some cold dessert to soothe the palate and tummy. Sample the Chilled Lemon Grass Jelly with Dragon Fruit, Chilled Avocado Paste with Cream Aloe Vera or opt for the sugar free yet equally tasty Double Boiled Pear with Osmanthus and Honey.
