In the annual review, corporate and leisure travellers to the region were asked to vote on the properties they felt provided the best overall guest experience and service, value and rooms in the Brisbane region.

We received over 99% for Best Service in Brisbane which was several points above some of the city’s most prestigious five star properties. What’s even more humbling is the fact that Star Ratings Australia surveyed guests and pulled data from a number of sources including popular platforms like Trip Advisor, Expedia, Agoda and more. Not only did we rank highly but this integrated ratings approach means that the results really do reflect the majority of travellers.
