Hotel Management Summit strives to assist hoteliers in deriving successful business directions to boost profitability.

Acacia Leroy, the “Trend Strategist” will open the conference with the keynote “Trend-Driven Innovation: Consumer Trends Shaping the Future of Travel.” Using the latest consumer trends and having analyzed the opportunities that brands and business can adapt, she will help hoteliers get the much-needed insights to consumers’ emerging expectations – what consumers will want next. According to Leroy, innovation to address these emerging expectations is the key to staying ahead in the ever-changing travel landscape.

The “Revenue Generation Panel” is set to feature leading hotel executives from worldwide hotel brands. Panelists will discuss on the topic of market reality: how China is the largest source market for Thailand and how today’s disruptive technologies are unavoidable.
