House of Travel’s Success at Industry Awards Boost for TravelManagers

TravelManagers Australasian dominance continues to grow with House of Travel and Orbit Corporate Travel being singled out as industry leaders at the inaugural Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) New Zealand Industry Awards this week at SKYCITY in Auckland.

House of Travel won three out of the four categories it was nominated for and was a finalist in the remaining category “Best Travel Agency Corporate – Single Location”. Their titles included the prestigious award of Best Travel Agency Retail, Multi Location. House of Travel Lakers Invercargill was awarded the Best Travel Agency, Single Location, and House of Travel’s corporate arm, The Orbit Corporate Travel Group, was awarded Best Travel Agency Corporate, Multi Location.

TravelManagers has been named a finalist in the 2013 National Travel Industry Awards for the fifth consecutive year in the ‘Best Travel Agency Retail – Multi Location’.  Personal travel manager, Ric Pattaro from Sydney, New South Wales has also been nominated as a finalist in the ‘Best Travel Consultant – Corporate’ supporting TravelManagers professional approach in both the retail and corporate space. The award ceremony will be held in Sydney on 20 July.
