HRS the global hotel solutions provider has signed a contract with TAUZIA Hotel Management, one of the most prominent hotel groups in Indonesia. Established in 2001, TAUZIA has grown to 45 properties across Indonesia. This is a fast-growing chain in Indonesia with another 60 properties in the pipeline.
The global agreement will see the group’s entire portfolio of hotels and resorts now available for booking on HRS’ booking platform. In addition, the content will also be available in all Global Distribution Systems (GDS) as well as major Travel Management Companies (TMC) and Online Booking Engines (OBE). As part of HRS’ drive to enhance its hospitality offering in Asia Pacific, this partnership is coherent with its business strategy of developing a quality network of hotels and hotel solutions for its clients worldwide.
As per the Export.gov website, Indonesia has been listed as Southeast Asia’s largest economy with a GDP of $888 billion (based on ppp), ranking 10th in the world and averaging over 5% growth over the last decade. IE Singapore has also indicated that there are revised regulations to attract foreign investment to spur the economic growth. After Jakarta, the emergence of Surabaya, the second largest city in Indonesia has been developing rapidly for business too.
