Two Worlds Collide – this is the theme for the first conference to be jointly hosted by HSMAI Europe and HSMA Germany.

The conference takes a detailed look at the converging disciplines of Revenue Management and Digital Marketing and the issues this raises in leadership, management skills, new performance benchmarks, and how to optimise profitability across the disciplines.
The conference will investigate the realities and practicalities of working in this new space and will cover:

Revenue Management Leadership in a multi-functional world – What does tomorrow’s leader in revenue management look like? Our expert panel explores the new skills required.

Business case presentation: Can Revenue Management link intangible marketing disciplines to profitability?

Roundtable discussions offer an opportunity to engage directly with experts in their field. Sessions include:

· Who is my toughest competition – the OTAs? or my own hotel on the OTAs?

• Where are my gaps in online marketing and distribution? How do I measure them?

• What new technology, tools and performance benchmarks do I need in my hotel to measure the impact of marketing?
