At the helm of Hua Ting Restaurant for more than a decade, celebrated Masterchef Lap Fai consistently serves up the finest of Cantonese fare enjoyed by regulars. In the spirit of bringing an enhanced lunch experience, Chef Fai is introducing three new set menus of his best-selling signature dishes andculinary creations. Each scrumptious set reflects the hallmarks of true Cantonese culinary traditions – premium fresh produce combined with deft cooking techniques and the Masterchef’s artistic touch to create an exceptional business lunchtime feast.

Dim Sum Delights Executive Set Lunch ($35)

Arguably the most beloved items in Cantonese cuisine, savour impeccably hand-made Dim Sum creations including trio of Baked Charcoal Bun with Venison in Black Pepper, Crispy ‘Ma Po’ Tofu Minced Meat Roll and Steamed Red Yeast Rice Noodle Roll with Crispy Crab Meat. Delectable Hua Ting specialties such as Wok-fried Turnip Cake with Live Prawns and Boneless Chicken Drumstick with Vintage Chinese Wine in Casserole will leave diners appreciating every bite right to the last delightful morsel.
