Following in the footsteps of the Boomer Burger and Shimmy Shakes, ibis hotels around Australia have rolled out the third installment to its innovative food offering in the form of Hot Rockin’ Wings.

Available from this week in participating ibis hotels, the Hot Rockin’ chicken wings are double coated in buttermilk, fried, and come with a choice of three sauces: smoky BBQ for those that like it mild, Peri Peri for just a little kick or Chili Mayo for the true chili addict.

The ibis Hot Rockin’ Wings can be enjoyed on their own for $12 or as a combo for $22 with two Summer Bright Beers.

Participating hotels include ibis Brisbane, ibis Melbourne, ibis Sydney Airport, ibis Mackay Airport, ibis Newcastle and ibis Adelaide.

The Hot Rockin’ Wings, the Shimmy Shakes and Boomer Burger are extensions of the brand’s transformation with the ibisPLAY platform, which saw a successful alignment with Australia’s music industry and positioned ibis at the forefront of the ‘premium economy’ hotel market.
