Returning to the Grand Lobby at the hotel’s historical main building, the 21-foot Noble Fir Christmas tree is beautifully embellished with festive decor, perfectly marking the beginning of Christmas at Raffles Singapore. Accompanied with a series of Christmas melodies, pair this perfect ambiance with the quintessential Raffles Afternoon Tea with a festive unique. Enjoy the exquisite finger sandwiches and sweet treats served together with home-baked Christmas cookies and fruit cakes in the grandeur of our colonial architecture.

Festive Indulgence at La Dame de Pic

10 December to 31 December 2019

Begin your festive celebrations at the La Dame de Pic with curated festive set menus offered from 10 December to 31 December 2019. Specially for Christmas, an intricately crafted five-course gourmet experience is presented for dinner on Christmas Eve at $388++ per guest and lunch on Christmas Day at $318++ per guest. Guests can look forward to special festive creations exclusively for these occasions such as the Classical Bresse Poularde and Black Truffle, Scallops from Normandty, three-Michelin-Starred Chef Anne Sophie Pic’s signature Berlingots paired with exquisite seasonal truffles and a classic Christmas Yule Log Cake.

A Mediterranean Christmas with BBR by Alain Ducasse

Gather with friends and family at one of the world’s most celebrated chefs newest endeavour, BBR by Alain Ducasse, his first Mediterranean restaurant and bar presented in South East Asia. Experience a uniquely Mediterranean Christmas while revelling in the history of this social gathering space. Be charmed with the flavours and colours of Mediterranean sharing plates with festive specialities crafted by Chef de Cuisine Louis Pacquelin.

From 12 December 2019 to 5 January 2020, partake in A Very BBR Christmas consisting of a medley of curated dishes such as Pan-seared Duck Foie Gras and Port Reduction, Black Truffle Pizzetta, and French Toast of Panettone with Vanilla Ice Cream, at $158++ per guest.

On 25 December 2019, welcome the first unveil of our Sunday Brunch to usher in the festivities. Indulge in the BBR Christmas Brunch with its lavish spread of freshly-shucked oysters, lobsters, Kristal caviar and rotisserie delights, alongside an array of the restaurant’s signature dishes such as tender Octopus, Paprika & Olive Oil, and Carabineros Shrimp & Shellfish Stew among others. The BBR Christmas Brunch experience is available on 25 December, 12 pm to 3 pm, at $298++ per guest which includes unlimited servings of a fine selection of Champagne, cocktails and wines for extra merriment.

The New Butcher’s Block – The Ideal Festive Social Space

Opening 16 December 2019

Making its debut this Christmas is our speciality meat restaurant, Butcher’s Block. Serving up the world’s finest cuts of single-sourced meats, we invite you to a tantalisingly social menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Remy Lefebvre the includes A5 Kusunoki Beef from Kagoshima, Japan, Rugh Estate’s Organic Lamb Chops and French Challans Duck. Feast on a five-course degustation menu at the Chef’s Table and explore the fresh seasonal produce. Butcher’s Block will be opening its doors on 16 December 2019.

Begin your New Year’s Eve at La Dame de Pic with a divine six-course menu lunch at $588++  per guest with creations such as Jerusalem Artichoke and Melanosporum Black Truffle, and Venison Pithiviers.

Make the final meal of 2019 a truly memorable affair with an exquisite five-course dinner  menu at BBR by Alain Ducasse featuring Mediterranean specialities like Sea Bream Marinated with Corsican CitrusFregola Sarda with Black TruffleLobster and Potatoes Pot, and Rossini-style Beef Fillet. Then usher in the new year with a joyous countdown and revel in the celebrations as the clock strikes twelve. The New Year’s Eve dining experience is available for dinner on 31 December at $188++ per guest.

With extended opening hours on New Year’s Eve, local and international guests can expect to enjoy bespoke crafted cocktails and bask in its extensive whiskey selection as the Writers Bar opens till 2 am. Inviting guests to relish the lush and tranquil alfresco bar and enjoy a live band performance, the Raffles Courtyard opens till 1 am, while the iconic Long Bar, home of the Singapore Sling, extend its hours till 3 am.
