With construction of the first Vertical Wind Tunnel in Australia driving forward, the search has begun for the next four locations that will experience the rush that makes indoor skydiving a ‘must do’ experience around the world.

iFLY Downunder[1]iFLY Downunder is a unique indoor skydiving experience that provides the latest adventure attraction for ages three to 103. Backed by world leading technology, iFLYERS will take off from a five metre wide state-of-the-art indoor wind tunnel, one of the largest in the world, safely simulating the exhilarating experience of freefall skydiving from 14,000 feet.

An Expression of Interest for the next locations was recently issued and the response has been very encouraging.

“The response and anticipation for Australia’s newest adventure experience, iFLY Downunder, has been overwhelming. As construction of the first iFLY location in Sydney continues on schedule, we are excited to be looking to the future and finalising the next four locations,” said Brett Sheridan, Chief Marketing Officer, iFLY Downunder.

“We welcome travel industry partners and inbound operators who are interested in offering the iFLY Downunder experience to their clients to get in touch as this exhilarating new tourist attraction arrives in Australia.”

Penrith NSW, the location of Australia’s first state-of-the-art Vertical Wind Tunnel, is currently under construction ahead of a scheduled opening in early 2014. Interested parties can learn more about iFLY and the thrill of indoor skydiving by contacting Brett Sheridan,
