IHG® Announces Appointment of Susanna Freer Epstein as SVP of Customer Loyalty Marketing

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announces the appointment of Susanna Freer Epstein to the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Loyalty Marketing. Susanna will be responsible for overseeing IHG’s global loyalty marketing strategy and customer proposition for IHG® Rewards Club.

Susanna brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic customer marketing, having developed and ran a number of loyalty programmes across the globe. Her experience spans B2C and B2B across a number of industries including travel and hospitality, loyalty and partnerships, sales, financial services, media and technology.

Prior to her appointment, Susanna was a consultant at IHG, helping to lead the direction of IHG’s loyalty, CRM and guest marketing teams.
