IMG, organiser of Taste Festivals, the world’s greatest restaurant festival, today confirmed Hong Kong as its first destination in Asia, recognising the city’s exceptional food culture and wealth of culinary talent. Taste of Hong Kong will take place on the Central Harbourfront from 10 to 13 March 2016. The Asian launch promises to unveil a dynamic and fun mix of ingredients for all foodie fanatics!

Taste of Hong Kong – Taste letters from Taste Festivals
Following the successful format of Taste Festivals globally, 12 of Hong Kong’s most celebrated restaurants come together to serve a premium menu of more than 40 signature dishes on small plates and iconic one-off festival creations. Local and international culinary celebrities and world-class chefs will be cooking up a storm and mingling in the festival grounds. There will be unique Taste of Hong Kong chef collaborations; exclusive Champagne master-classes; local artisanal produce to buy; and entertaining, interactive food and wine attractions – all in a casual and celebratory festival environment.
