Trained in the Royal Kitchens of Lucknow and have cooked for Royalty, Prime Ministers, and other Heads of State, the two renowned Master Chefs will present the very best of Awadhi in an authentic spread of Salads, Soups, Main Dishes, Snacks and Desserts.
Indulge in Awadhi delights of Surkh Shorba (Tomato Soup flavoured with Cinnamon and Coriander), Mallika-e Dariya (Prawns in Rich Creamy Gravy), Koh-e Daliganj (an Awadhi Mutton Delicacy cooked in Onion and Cashewnut Gravy), Lehsooni Murgh Malai Tikka (Garlic-flavoured Marinated Chicken Chunks cooked in Tandoor), Dal Oudhi (Rich Black Lentil cooked with Tomato Puree, Cream Butter and Khoya) and many other exceptional dishes you have yet to explore!
