Indulge in Red Sky’s New Seasonal Menu October – November 2017 Centara Grand at CentralWorld

At Red Sky, we take pride in using only the finest in-season produce in all of our dishes. To keep up, we’ve just updated our Seasonal Menu for the month of October – available as a tasting set or a la carte basis as well as premium imported ingredients, our chefs have locally sourced a range of fresh mushrooms and rustic vegetables from Thailand’s Royal Project farming foundation.

Time to head up to the very top of Centara Grand at CentralWorld to soak up the great views, chilled vibes and tasty food! This set menu is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with wine pairing available for an additional THB 1,999++ per person. Please find a description of the menu below.

Amuse bouche

Celeriac and truffle remoulade topped with Hokkaido scallop

Pan Fried Lobster

with caramelized Jerusalem artichoke, bacon foam with Parma ham

French porcini, black trumpet mushrooms and walnuts “à la Provençale” with chervil root puree, parsley cream

Grass-fed poached beef tenderloin and foie gras tartine –

with fresh horseradish, golden chanterelle and vegetables


Poached Williams pears in red wine – with streusel ice cream
