With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, The Langham, Hong Kong is getting in the mood for love with an alluring array of sweet romance offers to pamper the loved ones.

Palm Court

From 11 to 17 February, lovers are to be spoiled by an enchanting range of sweet and savoury delights with the Valentine’s Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood. Special Valentine’s sweet treats include Cœur de Passion, a red-heart shape praline with gianduja mousse, orange and passion fruit, Les Amants with mascarpone and vanilla mousse, redcurrant compote and génoise sponge, as well as the pinkish Strawberry Mille-Feuille with caramelised puff pastry, diplomat cream and strawberry jelly.

The tea set comes with warm plain and pink cranberry scones fresh from Palm Court’s very own bakery served with Devonshire clotted cream, strawberry jam and rose preserve. Lovers can top up to enjoy a glass of Perrier-Jouët, NV, Brut Champagne for a toast to love.

The Valentine’s Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood is available from 11 to 15 February 3:00 – 5:30 p.m., and in two sittings on 16 and 17 February, 2:15 – 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. The tea set is priced at HK$368* for one person and HK$628* for two persons, while an upgrade with Perrier-Jouët, NV, Brut Champagne is priced at HK$548* for one person and HK$918* for two persons.

Creatively crafted by Executive Pastry Chef David Puig, special Valentine’s Cakes will also be available for order during the same period. The mini cakes are priced from HK$78 each, including theRose Tart, an almond baked tart with lemon cream, strawberry ganache and fresh raspberry, as well as The Amour with 64% chocolate mousse, mixed berries confit, raspberry and dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sable. Les Amants with mascarpone and vanilla mousse, redcurrant compote and génoise sponge is available in mini size or 1-pound, which are priced at HK$78 and HK$368 respectively.

 Valentine’s Day Gift Box

The limited-edition Valentine’s Day Gift Box is specially designed for those who want to express sentiments of love and admiration loudly through action in this special occasion.

Unlock the elegant Langham pink gift box and be surprised by I GIVE YOU MY HEART, a half-pound strawberry and white chocolate mousse cake with mixed berries confit, lychee and rose ganache on pistachio sponge, accompanied by Heart-shaped Chocolate Bonbons with raspberry and ruby chocolate ganache filling, as well as the sugar-coated Red Pralines with spectacularly pink roasted almonds.

Available from 11 to 17 February, the Valentine’s Day Gift Box is priced at HK$468 each. Pre-order 48 hours in advance is required.

 Bostonian Seafood & Grill

Bask in romance at the hidden gem in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Bostonian Seafood & Grill presents a St. Valentine 3-Course Dinner Menu for an ultimate romantic date night.

Set the tone of the evening with a glass of sparkling rosé on arrival. Degust the refreshing Welcome Oyster Platter from Japan, France and Australia with gin and tonic granita and citrus caviar. Main course includes Roasted Black Cod Fillet and Blue Lobster Tail with rocket and potato cream, dehydrated Taggiasca olives and capers, or the succulent Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Beef Striploingrilled like a “tagliata”, truffle potato mousseline and beetroot. Compliment the perfect night with the delicate dessert Hidden Rose with raspberry and rose mousse, chocolate crème brûlée and pistachio.

Available from 13 to 16 February, the dinner menu is priced at HK$1,888* per couple, including two glasses of sparkling Rosé, the signature Langham Pink chocolate gift box, a fresh pink rose and a Polaroid photo. Dinner on 14 February is available in two sittings, 6:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. onwards.

 T’ang Court

Splurge on a decadent date with the special one at the three Michelin-starred T’ang Court. Chinese Master Chef Kwong Wai Keung and Executive Chef Wong Chi Fai have meticulously prepared a star-studded Valentine’s Day 6-course Dinner Menu for this special occasion.

Apart from the signature items such as Roasted Suckling Pig, and Braised Dried Abalone with Beche-de-Mer and seasonal vegetables, the soups and desserts such as Double-boiled Sea Whelk with Fish Maw and Chicken Soup, and Double-boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest with Almond Juice are exceptionally rich and nourishing.
