Celebrity-loved Vive Cake Boutique (VIVE) introduces its festive collection of artisanal hand-crafted cakes and sweet treats from November. Celebrating the joyous holiday season, Founder, Vivien Lau and her team will be sweetening the holiday season with special festive-limited editions and an assortment of festive cookies.
Bring the classic white Christmas into loved ones’ homes with Let it Snow! (HK$780 for 1lb; HK$1,380 for 2 lbs), an aesthetically astounding, delicate hand-crafted cake, painted with dreamy watercolours reminiscent of a winter wonderland; with a decorative deer wanders in front of snowy Christmas trees that sit atop pastel frosting. This decadent cake comes in two flavours: a classic carrot cake with cream cheese or an innovative caramel butter cake with maple syrupbuttercream and caramelised walnut to capture the holiday spirit.
Twinkle like the star atop of a Christmas tree with Twinkle, Twinkle (HK$580 for 0.8 lbs; HK$1,008 for 1.6 lbs), a tiered cake designed in the shape of the iconic Christmas tree. Painted with romantic buttercream roses in shades of pastels, this gorgeous cake is topped with metallic pearls and fondant stars in silver pink colours. Boasting the classic flavour of red velvet butter cake with cream cheese filling, Twinkle, Twinkle is the perfect treat to share with loved ones. Vive Cake Boutique accepts pre-orders from 15 November, and the first pick-up date is 24 November, orders are recommended to be made 3 days in advance.
A selection of assorted handmade Christmas cookies (HK$298 for 40 pieces) are specially curated to celebrate the yuletide season til 31 December. Gingerbread cookies, the quintessential Christmas staple, beings a burst of nostalgic Christmas flavours, as Vivien infuses Cinnamon and Ginger in this treat. Cranberry flavoured cookies in the shape of Christmas trees and round-shaped Orange Chocolate cookies subtly blend tangy, fruity flavours into each bite. An ornament-shaped Almond and Chocolate cookie is perfect for sweets lovers who enjoy a little bit of a lasting crunch. Cookies may be pre-ordered from today, with first pick-up date scheduled for 16 November. Orders are recommended to be made 3 days in advance.
Each set of cookies contain ten pieces of each of the aforementioned flavours and comes in an exclusively designed package acknowledging the convivial holiday season. Pastel palette in sync with Vive Cake Boutique’s signature style is background to dreamy tableaus filled with adorable reindeers and Christmas presents in the snow.
Early birds who place their order on or before 10 December 2018 can enjoy a variety of exclusive discounts, pending on the number of cookie boxes ordered. For orders of 1 to 10 boxes, a HK$20 discount can be enjoyed; for 11 to 19 boxes, a discount of HK$30 can be enjoyed; orders of 20 to 49 boxes are offered a HK$40 discount; orders of 50 to 99 boxes, a discount of HK$60; whereas orders over 100 boxes can enjoy a HK$70 discount.
