Sir Stamford at Circular Quay is the place to start Sundays this August with a delectable and exquisite brunch buffet offering guests a unique menu selection including live cooking stations, decadent sweets, wines and a lavish spread of brunch favourites.

This new brunch selection is perfectly suited to allow guests enjoy the refined heritage atmosphere with a wide and varied menu.

Stamford’s Sunday brunch menu includes deli fresh platters with chartercurie, freshly baked artisanal breads and a selection of hot brunch favourites including a choice of a la carte menu items; and a sample from Stamford’s Signature Taste of Singapore menu.

It’s not Sunday brunch without a little indulgence – Stamford’s dedicated dessert buffet features a chocolate fountain and more to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Guests can choose to include a two-hour bottomless wine buffet including Sunday brunch staples Bellinis, Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

For guests looking for an excuse to stay longer – Sir Stamford at Circular Quay’s Highlander Whisky Bar opens from 11am offering a refined and relaxed atmosphere to while away their Sunday afternoon.
