InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) welcomes three of the world’s best chefs, Jason Atherton, Pierre Gagnaire and Theo Randall, with the opening of new signature restaurants at InterContinental hotels and resorts in Dubai, Danang and Bangkok.
First Course: Social Fine Dining by Chef Jason Atherton

British chef, Jason Atherton, has opened his first restaurant in the Middle East, Marina Social, in the newly opened InterContinental Dubai Marina.
Chef Atherton returns to the Middle East to expand his Social restaurant concept, which began with Pollen Street Social in London three years ago, earning him a Michelin star within the first year of opening.
Marina Social features an exclusive bar – The Social Room – boasting one of the largest whisky collections in the city – while an outdoor terrace gives guests an opportunity to enjoy sundown music while resident mixologists create unique cocktails.
Heading up the Marina Social team will be Executive Chef Tristin Farmer, from Atherton’s Pollen Street Social kitchen and David Vindis from sister venue Social Eating House in London.

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, will have three Michelin-starred chef, Pierre Gagnaire at the helm of La Maison 1888, adding to his stable of acclaimed restaurants throughout Paris, Dubai, London, Hong Kong, Seoul, Las Vegas, Berlin, Saudi Arabia and Tokyo.
Included in Architectural Digest’s list of the most beautifully designed new restaurants, La Maison 1888 was built to recreate an antique French mansion and is the first restaurant in Vietnam to feature a Michelin-starred chef.
La Maison 1888 captures the essence of haute French dining with inspiration and flavours from local Asian ingredients.

Celebrity chef, Theo Randall, has opened Theo Mio – his first restaurant outside the UK – at InterContinental Bangkok, bringing a taste of Italy to Thailand and adding to the city’s growing fine dining scene.
With over 25 years’ experience in some of the world’s best kitchens, including Chez Panisse in the US and River Café in London, Chef Randall began his relationship with IHG ten years ago with the opening of Theo Randall at the InterContinental London Park Lane in 2006 and he is now bringing his passion for Italian food to Asia.
With a focus on exciting seasonal menus constructed from top quality local ingredients and hand-picked Italian produce, dishes have been designed to be shared and the menu will feature a selection of small bites and antipasti that can be eaten at the lounge bar.
