In addition, the buffet will offer a unique dessert bar. Cross-cultural influences are reflected in the diverse confections devised by Hotel Pastry Chef. Soothing mango sherbet with lime and basil will be joined by local classic eggette, available in original and French Valrhona chocolate flavours.
